The past, present and future of the K-printing industry in one place! ‘K-PRINT 2022’ opens at KINTEX on the 25th

- In a span of 3 days from August 25 (Thu) to 27 (Sat) on a total area of 11,290 m² at KINTEX Exhibition Hall 2

- Integration of printing, label, packaging, textile, sign and advertising industry exhibitions

‘K-PRINT 2022’, which presents a new paradigm of printing technology, opened on August 25 (Thursday) at the Exhibition Hall 2 of KINTEX in Ilsan.

K-PRINT 2022, which will be held for three days until the 27th (Sat), is in line with the trends of the printing market, including the Korea Int'l Printing Machinery Equipment Show (KIPES), the Korea Label Show (K-Label), the Korea Print Package Show (K-Pack), the Korea Digital Print and Solution Show (K-DigiPrint), the Korea Textile Show(K-Textile), and the Korean Sign and AD Show (K-SignAD) which were held together to meet the specialized and categorized  'K-PRINT'.

During the K-PRINT 2022, many new technologies and solutions in the printing, label, packaging, textile and sign industries will be unveiled. Digital printing-related manufacturers, who have been delaying the release of their new products due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic, have introduced printing, label, package, and sign-related equipment developed and upgraded for the pandemic era.

Companies such as Dili, Epson, Konica Minolta, RICOH, Bitek Technology, Bellroy, Sanho Machinery, Durix, and DKSH, which are gaining attention due to the introduction of digitally optimized label packaging equipment and Bangsung Machinery, Tae kyoung Hi-Tech and Sinwoo IK, which are companies in the rotary/flexo label printing machinery, are participating.ACE Machinery, Golden Package, Shinohara Korea, MoonWooSa, Seoul Die Cutting, Bindtech, Myungshin Trading, and TAEWOO announced packaging solutions and box packaging technologies equipped with the latest technology during the event.

Epson, HP, Kostech, B2B Digital, Chang Dae Hotmelt Sheet, JaeHyun Tech, KM Tech, CM Tech, T.P.M, Hue Prime, Marcus System, Headone, ManProtek, Interarchi exhibited in the field of photorealistic printing and textiles, HRT introduced various UV printers and transfer printer products, and Hanil Duplo, Biztem, YPL21, TACHOPPLUS, Eastech Solution, Hanmaru System, IT`s u and Kwang Chang Machine exhibited and introduced post-processing solutions.

K-PRINT, which used to be held every two years, has been held annually since 2020 to keep pace with the rapidly changing printing market. It has been reborn as an optimal business marketplace to examine and experience changes in digital convergence technology that is grafted into various industries as well as changes in the printing environment.

In particular, cutting-edge technologies related to digital printing, textile printing, and packaging printing applied to various materials, including label/package-related devices, which are gaining attention within the convergence printing technology, and smart factory solutions for the efficiency of the printing process, are displayed at the exhibition hall as well as on YouTube Live through the channel 'K-PRINT Live!'.

Meanwhile, 'K-PRINT 2022' is divided into the 25th Korea Int'l Printing Machinery Equipment Show (KIPES), the Korea Label Show (K-Label), the Korea Print Package Show (K-Pack), the Korea Digital Print and Solution Show (K-DigiPrint), the Korea Textile Show(K-Textile), and the Korean Sign and AD Show (K-SignAD)

The printing field continues to evolve and innovate, opening up new opportunities in various forms such as industrial printing and special printing. 'K-PRINT 2022', co-hosted by EX Korea and Korea Printing Association and sponsored by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, KOTRA, Gyeonggi Tourism Organization, etc. is a place where you can look at the future vision and prospect of the printing industry in one glance.
