The Bio Co., Ltd. (CEO Seok-Soon Jeong) participated in the Int’l Light Convergence EXPO held at KINTEX Exhibition Hall 1 in Ilsan for three days from October 13 (Wed) to 15 (Fri) to introduce human-friendly functional LED lighting.
The Bio established in 2018,and specialized lighting company that manufactures and distributes air purifying and sterilizing functional LED lights under the 'OREX' brand. The air purification functional photocatalytic LED lighting product line is being entered and sold at hypermarkets for the first time in 2020.
Seok-Soon Jeong, CEO of The Bio. introduced the company as "We manufacture and sell functional LEDs related to air purification and vision protection, and we are focusing on Human Centric Lighng"
Especially the vision-protecting LED square room lamp that best embodies 'Human Centric' is a healthy lighting that does not have any harmful light to the human body, and natural light lighting that minimizes eye fatigue with high color rendering and readability close to sunlight.
It is designed to be closer to sunlight with a colorimetric index of CRI95 or higher by adding a Cyan wavelength that is known to be largely deficient in general LED lighting and a Red wavelength that helps rhodopsin activity as an "fifth wavelength reinforcement technology."
And also, the air purification LED lighting combines two types of plasma-ionizer method and photocatalytic method to reduce unit cost and does not require filter replacement.
CEO Seok-Soon Jeong said, "In construction industry, the unit price is important because hundreds of lights are needed at once. The company's strength is that it can be implemented at a low cost by reducing the cost by 70% compared to the existing LED.
