The new SFEED-TECTURN-SFEED insert, and holder are products capable of high-transfer left and right continuous turning process. A single-sided insert of six corners (3 indexes) enables high transfer processing by a small insertion angle, excellent chip control by an optimal chip breaker, and smooth and stable processing even in high transfer processing of up to 3 mm/rev by rotation prevention design and solid screw clamp fastening.
Furthermore, the tool life and chip control ability are excellent due to the double internal refueling of the upper and lower parts of the holder. TURN-SFEED products, which allow high-transfer continuous turning processing in both left and right directions without replacing holders, dramatically reduce actual processing time and equipment non-operation time, contributing greatly to productivity improvement.
