KT (Chair man Seok-chae, Lee, www.kt.com) shows non-contact credit card payment terminal 'KT Payon' participating in ‘RFID/USN KOREA 2011’, held at COEX, SEOUL, from November 16~18.

KT Payon is a mobile non-contact type payment terminal that can be used to product protection cover of Galaxy 2, Samsung electrics smart phone, as equipping with RF circuit and IC chip. Payment terminal is just 9mm similar to Galaxy S2, so it's convenient to carry even when they combines.

When user needs the payment, this terminal communicate with smart phone through Bluetooth, and then user does electronic signature . Also, it's available to pay as original way using magnetic credit card.

In addition, payment approval can be printed by connection with receipt terminal using Bluetooth, or the results  of those can be sent as SMS to reduce the printing cost.

Meanwhile, ‘RFID/USN KOREA 2011(www.rfidkorea.or.kr)’ is the international exhibition and conference hosted by Ministry of Knowledge Economy, Ministry of Public Administration and Security, and Korea Communications Commission, and supervised under RFID/USN convergence accosiation. 150 companies with 250 booths participate in this exhibition and domestic and overseas specialists run conference with 45 themes.
