[Pangyo Tech] Softlanders officially launches work support platform to assist their overseas employees

– Helping dispatched executives and employees with visa issuances, moving, and providing vehicles!

– One-stop support is expected to save time and trouble

After completing MVP verification over the past two years, Softlanders officially launched Korea’s first one-stop relocation platform.

Softlanders is a platform that helps dispatched executives and employees adapt by providing integrated services necessary for overseas working environments. It plans to provide full support with regard to the dispatch of overseas companies, from short-term business travelers to overseas residents.

It provides services other companies find difficult, such as airline tickets, short-term accommodation, car rentals to overseas directors, visa issuance, overseas insurance, local real estate contracts, and vehicle purchases. In particular, the platform can increase work efficiency by providing a package that combines services frequently used when traveling abroad.

Softlander’s platform allows the expenses used for overseas dispatch to be settled at a single counter, and all previous dispatches are recorded in the system. So even if there are personnel changes, the dispatched personnel overseas can be managed without difficulty.

This September, the company sales doubled compared to last year and have continued to grow more than 30% of transactions and sales since 2022. In addition to large and medium-sized companies such as Hive, Hanwha Q Cells, SK Specialty, Wemade, and Motrex, new innovative companies are using Softlanders’ relocation services to send long- and short-term talent overseas and overseas businesses.

To commemorate the platform launch, the company is holding an event where discounts or fee exemptions for some services are available to membership subscribers until the end of the year.

A pharmaceutical company’s HR manager who is one of the users of Softlanders said, “We have used Softlanders for overseas dispatch for two years,” and explained, “We have reduced the cost by 25% as well as reduced the time required for support work by more than 90%.

Meanwhile, Softlanders is a global relocation start-up that was selected as a start-up package support project by the Ministry of SMEs and Start-ups in 2022 and received customized support such as commercialization and mentoring from the Gyeonggi Creative Economy Innovation Center.
