The Gyeonggi Center for Creative Economy and Innovation (hereinafter referred to as the Gyeonggi Innovation Center) announced that it had successfully completed the ‘CEO Club-Tech Seminar’ program at the Pangyo Startup Zone.

‘CEO Club-Tech Seminar’ is part of the Startup Leap Package support project supported by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Startup Promotion Agency.

Each month, various seminar subjects that can be helpful to start-up companies are organized to provide opportunities for information exchange and networking between companies. Last July and August, the seminars were held on topics related to funds and loans. This month, the seminar was held twice in accordance with the schedule of the ‘2022 Gyeonggi Start-up & Art Festival (GSAF)’ held in the Start-up Zone.

On the 14th, a lecture on the TIPS business and its selection requirements was held under the theme of 'Everything about TIPS', and on the 21st, the audience had time to learn about the 'method and strategy of special technology listing'.

Next month, the seminar will go through secondary battery-related contents in depth over three rounds, and the audience application will start on September 26th (Mon). Since there are no specific field restriction, any startups wishing to participate can apply through the Google form.

An official from the Gyeonggi CCEI said, “We hope that companies in the Gyeonggi CCEI and Startup Zone will grasp the trend of the 4th industry and the key information for each sector through the CEO Club-Tech Seminar.” He added, “We expect to gain business insights through networking opportunities between companies.”

Meanwhile, the Gyeonggi Creative Economy Innovation Center provides specialized support such as commercialization support and mentoring so that the center can discover promising startups and systematically nurture them. In particular, the Startup Zone is the largest startup support cluster in Korea established by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and jointly operated by the Startup Promotion Agency and the Gyeonggi Creative Economy Innovation Center.
