OSG Korea Co., Ltd. participated in the Daegu Machinery Expo 2021 held at EXCO in Daegu from November 16th to 19th and introduced One-Tap tools.
One-tap tools are used for a wide range of materials from mild steel to alloy steel under various processing conditions. It is used in various processing equipment and is helpful in improving toughness and wear resistance. It is effective in improving female thread illumination and improving quality by applying HP coating with a multilayer structure with excellent powder hais material and surface illumination.
Furthermore, it has a groove shape with excellent processability, enabling excellent chip discharge and deep life processing with a taping depth of 2D or more in a wide range of materials to be cut.
OSG Korea (CEO Tae-il Chung) started by establishing Suil Precision at the 3rd Industrial Complex in Daegu Metropolitan City in 1980 with the idea of "realizing localization of cutting tools and challenging the world's best quality." Since then, after changing its name to OSG Korea in 1985, it has pioneered the cutting tool field by developing and producing tabs, endmills, dies, and drills, which had relied solely on imports, and has become a leading cutting tool maker in Korea today.
