Kyunghan Co., Ltd. will participate in'KOREA PACK Special & ICPI WEEK 2021' held at KINTEX, Goyang from May 25 (Tue) to 28 (Fri) and introduce SteriAce, a steam-type high-temperature, high-pressure cooking sterilization device.

Established in 1975, Kyunghan has a corporate history of more than 40 years and specializes in retort sterilization equipment, vacuum cooking equipment, other food manufacturing equipment, and retort automation systems in the food manufacturing equipment field. Kyunghan’s manufacturing licenses and certifications include ASME, CE, and EAC.

Steri-Ace, Kyunghan's flagship product, is an air-steam type high-temperature, high-pressure and low-temperature decompression retort sterilization device that can sterilize with high precision and adopt a two-stage sterilization method that makes delicious retort foods. It reduces retort-specific odor and product discoloration and does not damage packaging materials (pouch, molding container, etc.). It can do the retort sterilization, LL chilled disinfection, and vacuum cooling (optional) of cans, bottles, pouches, and PP containers.

An official from Kyunghan said, "Our laboratory equipment is optimal for product development and sample production and can check the Fo value of a product at any time since comes with installation of real-time Fo measurement equipment. Our equipment is excellent in energy saving, space saving, and operation cost reduction and helps greatly reduce installation and repair costs.”

Meanwhile, before the opening of 2021 Korea Pack, an online exhibition service to meet exhibitors was unveiled on the 17th (Mon.). This online exhibition hall is designed for overseas buyers, who are facing difficulties in entering the Korean market due to the prolonged COVID-19, as well as domestic SMEs who are struggling with overseas expansion. Targeting domestic exhibitors and overseas buyers matched through the online exhibition service, 2021 Korea Pack will support export channels by holding the first video-based export consultation meetings at KINTEX from the 25th to the 28th.
