The 41st International Exhibition on Environmental Technology & Green Energy to be held at COEX from May 15 to 17 for 3 days◇ 244 Exhibitors from 19 countries and 40,000 Visitors to be expected to participate in ENVEX2019, Pavilions for R&D Achievement Seminar·Eco-friendly Products·Foodwaste Processing Equipment to be organized
The 41st International Exhibition on Environmental Technology & Green Energy(the same as ENVEX2019), hosted by the Ministry of Environment(Minister, Cho Myung-rae) and Korea Environmental Preservation Association(President, Woo Shin Lee), will be held at COEX Hall A in Gangnam-gu, Seoul from May 15 to 17.
ENVEX2019 is expected to have approximately 244 companies from 19 countries around the world such as USA, China, Japan, and European region and 40,000 of visitors including 1,000 of overseas buyers.
Firstly hosted in 1979, ENVEX2019 will celebrate its 41st host, recording itself as an environmental exhibition with longest history of its kind. Especially, it has been certified as a UFI Approved International event this January.
This year’s exhibition will thoroughly showcase environmental products and technologies covering water, air, measurement & analysis, and waste as well as technologies on fine dust measurement & management and hazardous chemicals.
The most representative products and technologies include real time find dust measurement devices(systems) and wireless transmitting sensors which immediately react to chemical leakage based on IoT and mobile applications.
In addition, one of the other events, R&D Achievement Seminar, will share the status of cutting-edge environmental technologies of 34 institutes in fine dust and waste industries and achievements of fostering industry projects.
Starups special pavilion and various seminars have been organized, highlighted are “The 13th Korea-China Environmental Industry Conversazione”, in which to help small and medium Korean companies to expand their businesses to overseas market, and various programs for supporting overseas buyers. At “the 13th Korea-China Environmental Industry Conversazione” ,which will be held on May 15 at COEX conference room 308, delegates from 13 organizations in China’s biggest industrial complex, China Yixing Industrial For Environmental Science & Technology Administrative Committee, will have one-on-one business meetings with Korean environmental companies after technology introduction and presentation.
A Buyers Program, which is called ENVEX2019 Overseas Buyer Program, will invite about 70 overseas buyers who work in environmental industry include one-on-one biz-matching between Korean companies and overseas buyers, Guided Hall Tour, and Site visit.
“I hope ENVEX2019 will be a place for sharing trends of technologies related to environmental industry and green energy around the globe to encourage growth and market potential of Korean environment companies and to contribute to solving problems of fine dust and environmental pollution.” said the vice Minister of the Ministry of Environment, Park Chunkyoo.
