Yoosung Film System participated in theKOREA PACK Special & ICPI WEEK 2021 held at KINTEX, Goyang from May 25(Tue) to 28 (Fri), and introduced its glass bottle filling machine YS-120F.
It is a company specializing in fillingautomation system, and develops and produces automation equipment for fillingliquid and powder products in containers such as vials.
The company staff from Yoosung FS said,“The pharmaceutical filling line consists of a series of manufacturingprocesses such as container cleaning process, sterilization process,quantitative filling process, sealing and capping process. We have a lot ofexperience and know-how in all processes.” He also said, "The qualitymanagement system according to the GMP standard has already been verified by supplyingit to about 500 pharmaceutical companies in Korea."
The glass bottle filling machine YS-120Fintroduced at this exhibition injects and seals the liquid into a cleaned andsterilized container. It sprays with a nozzle made of a material harmless tothe human body, and the output per minute can be modified according to thenumber of nozzles and the number of rotations for metered injection.
Before the opening of KOREA PACK 2021, anonline exhibition hall service where visitors can see exhibitors’ products wasunveiled on May 17 (Mon). This online exhibition hall was designed for overseasbuyers who cannot enter Korea due to COVID pandemic and Korean SMEs havingdifficulty entering overseas. The organizer is supporting export channels byholding the first online export consultation at the KINTEX from May 25 to 28for Korean exhibitors and buyers that have been matched.
