Spraying Systems Korea (CEO Lee Jin-kwon) will participate in the KOREA PACK Special & ICPI WEEK 2021 held at KINTEX, Goyang from May 25 (Tue) to 28 (Fri), and introduce PolarDry electrostatic spray dryer.

Founded in 1937, Spraying Systems Korea is headquartered in Chicago, and is a global no.1 spraying technology company supporting a broad line of spray nozzles and newest testing and CFD modeling analysis services.

Over the past 80 years, it has designed, manufactured, and constructed outstanding nozzle products that can optimize various processes based on its unrivaled spraying technology and patents. It has over 200 corporates/branches in 90 countries, the global network that supports continuous and rapid technical service.

Spraying Systems Korea is a Korean subsidiary of Spraying Systems. It was founded in 1994, and has been providing optimal spray products and technical services for various industrial applications for the past 27 years.

It is the only company in the same industry with the newest pilot/demonstration/analysis facilities to support the service to pre-verify the exact performance and application effect wanted by the customers. (In addition, through continuous investment in production facilities and obtaining ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 certifications, it is continuing its efforts to improve sustainability management and quality.

Its patent-pending PolarDry Electrostatic Spray Dryer utilizes innovative electrostatic technology that drives water or solvent into the shell and lowers the required evaporation temperature, and prevents the loss of active ingredients and reduction of  performance. By using the electrostatic effect, the dispersed active ingredient concentrated in the center is finely coated, and most of the surface activity is removed, so that an excellent encapsulation effect can be obtained.
