[KOREA PACK 2021] Hosu & Me introduces Glowberry brand tailored to individual skin concerns

Hosu & Me (CEO Hong Jeong-woo, Seo Yu-mee) will participate in the KOREA PACK Special & ICPI WEEK 2021 held at KINTEX, Goyang from May 25 (Tue) to 28 (Fri), and introduce personalized skincare brand Glowberry.

Founded in 2017, Hosu & Me is acosmetic research, manufacturing and sales company, and launched the brandGlowberry brand in July 2018. Based on the high formulation technologydeveloped by a cosmetic expert with 15 years of experience who has beenresearching and developing for more than 10 years at Amorepacific anddeveloping numerous hit products, the company proposes the optimal customizedskin prescription according to the individual's skin concerns. By applyingspecialized formulation technology and ingredients, it has launched a total of10 types of skin care products, ranging from toner to ampoule, cream, and sheetmask.

The main target audience is women in their20s and 30s, and it encompasses customers who are interested in safe cosmeticingredients and want to purchase functional cosmetics according to their skinconcerns. The main sales channel is online, which best suit the purchasingpatterns of target customers, and sales are steadily increasing.

The company staff from Hosu & Me said,"According to the philosophy of suggesting solutions according tocustomers' skin concerns, we continuously operate pre-release and post-releaseexperience groups to listen to real skin concerns or discomforts while usingcosmetics." He then added, “An example is the true cica ampoule developedwith a non-sticky moisturizing base to prevent makeup from gliding off while applyinga higher content of D-panthenol, an ingredient than quasi-drugs."

When asked about future plans, he said,"We launched a new toner in May, and the responses from the pre-experiencegroup and beauty YouTubers were very good. We are trying to do marketing byusing YouTube and Naver Live, and will expand to Coupang along with our ownwebsite and Naver Shopping in June.”

Before the opening of the exhibition, anonline exhibition hall service where visitors can see exhibitors’ products wasunveiled on May 17 (Mon). This online exhibition hall was designed for overseasbuyers who cannot enter Korea due to COVID pandemic and Korean SMEs havingdifficulty entering overseas. The organizer is supporting export channels byholding the first online export consultation at the KINTEX from May 25 to 28for Korean exhibitors and overseas buyers that have been matched.
