[KIMES 2021] MTEG introduces a state-of-the-art system that AI self-learns after collecting and analyzing medical videos

MTEG participated in the 36th Korea International Medical & Hospital Equipment Show (KIMES 2021) which runs Mar. 18-21 to showcase a state-of-the-art system that AI self-learns after collecting and analyzing medical videos.

MTEG is a company that collects and analyzes medical videos, and then AI learns by itself and converts the video into meaningful data, and contributes to intelligence research on surgical videos.

Lee Jin-woo, the head of MTEG Service Business Team, said, “MTEG’s medical video archiving system VACS is composed of SurgBox server or the cloud solution SurgStory that collects video from surgery room or endoscopy room.

He then said, “SurgBox automatically saves various medical images from laparoscopic endoscopy and ultrasonic headcams, and simultaneously transmits them to a server or cloud. Also, SurgStory is a solution that operates on a server cloud system, and it provides various functions to manage and utilize videos.”
