[KIMES 2021] Majutech to exhibit VeinVu 100, its non-contact vein viewer system

Majutech will participate in the 36th KoreaInternational Medical & Hospital Equipment Show (KIMES 2021) which will runMar. 18-21 to showcase VeinVu 100, its non-contact vein viewer system.

VeinVu 100 visualizes blood vessels on theskin surface by highlighting blood vessels with augmented reality by usingnear-infrared and DLP projection technology for patients like infants, theelderly, hospitalized patients, and people of color with no visible bloodvessels when injecting intravenously. With the blood vessel viewer system thatcan increase the success rate of intravenous injections, it can reduce the painfrom patients and burden and stress from the nurses, and also reduce time andcost from using disposable items and unsuccessful injections, satisfyingeveryone.

Based on the consultation and survey ofmedical professionals specialized in intravenous surgery in universityhospitals, the company has focused on researching on the required usability,convenience, and reasonable price, and by developing system modules andhardware/software on its own, it has made the product that has superiorperformance and is low-priced and easy to use. Also, the HD (precision) modeshows blood vessels in children and faces better, and with the calibrationfeature that other products do not have, it can display accurate blood vesselswithin 200um error at any time.

By applying USB-PD technology, it boastssuperior convenience and usability with longer time of use, faster charging,and external auxiliary battery connection compared to other products.

In addition, since it records and managesequipment status, it can be used conveniently and safely as a product capableof quick response and accurate technical service.

This product has obtained medical devicegrade 1 approval from the MFDS, and has obtained European CE certification, USFDA registration, and medical device quality system ISO13485 license. Thecompany has registered the patent for the vascular fluoroscopy device andmethod, and has even acquired patent for the next model.

In Korea, it is used in various fields suchas general pediatrics, emergency rooms, plastic surgery, public institutions,and fire departments, and overseas, it is highly demanded by the people ofcolor. Currently, it is expanding its exports to the world through governmentbidding, including hospitals located in various countries, promoting theexcellence of its products.

After the establishment in 2015, Majutechacquired patents for vascular fluoroscopy devices and methods, and catheterguide systems and methods. Starting with the sale of VeinVu 100, its own venousvessel viewer, it aims to become the world's no. 1 specialist in intravenousinjections along with the release of safety syringes and guide systems forintravenous injections in the future.
