[KIMES 2012 Preview] Infunix to show CE approved next-generation patient monitoring systems

Infunix Technology (Seoul, Korea, http://www.infunix.com), a manufacturer and supplier of CE certified patient monitoring systems, announced that it will be attending the 28th Korea International Medical & Hospital Equipment Show, to be held in COEX Exhibition Hall on February 16th – 19th, 2012. At C421, Hall C3 (3Fl.) in COEX Exhibition Hall downtown Seoul, Infunix Technology will display CE approved next-generation patient monitoring systems including pulse oximeter, NIBP monitor and multi-parameter patient monitor series. The IP-1010 pulse oximeter is intended to be used to monitor functional arterial oxygen saturation (SpO2) and pulse rate in all areas of hospital, hospital-type facilities, intrahospital, transport and home environments. The monitoring screen shows both graphic and numeric patient information as well as status conditions and warning messages. The buttons provide user interaction with the display and the monitor functions. Pressing the buttons allows the user to navigate and make changes to the display elements and monitor functions. Meanwhile, the IP-1020 is a similar device combining the functions of oxygen saturation and blood pressure.

The Infunix patient monitor i.e. IP-3010, IP-3050 and IP-4050 is intended to be used to monitor electrocardiography, heart rate, pulse rate, noninvasive blood pressure (systolic, diastolic and mean arterial pressures), functional arterial oxygen saturation, invasive blood pressure, respiration, capnography (EtCO2) and temperature for adult, pediatric and neonate patients in all areas of a hospital and hospital-type facilities. The Infunix patient monitor is powered by an internal battery that typically provides three hours monitoring from fully charged battery. The battery is continuously recharged when the monitor is connected to AC power. The monitoring screen is a colour LCD that shows all graphic and numeric patient information as well as status conditions and warning messages. The trim knob provides user interaction with the display and the monitor functions. Rotating and pressing the trim knob allows the user to navigate and make changes to the display elements and monitor functions.
