SM introduced its dust collector made byusing disposable filter at 2021 K-chemicals Cyber Exhibition, which was heldMar. 22-26.

Founded in 2011, SM is a developer andmanufacturer specializing in beauty-related products. In the past, it developeda refrigerator for functional cosmetics and a beauty massager that uses bothheat and ice, and ultrasonic waves. From 2016, before expanding the nailmarket, it developed innovative dust collector for nails that uses disposablefilters, and the company introduced this product this time.

The company staff from SM said, “Reusingfilter can release chemical dust in the air, and inhaling it may be harmful forthe health.” He then said, “We developed and manufactured the world’s firstdust collector that uses disposable filters that can be taken out, rather thanreusable filters, for the health of nail technicians."

2021 K-chemical Cyber Exhibition supportsnon-face-to-face overseas marketing for Korean companies. The exhibition boaststhe largest display of industrial chemical products (varnish, glue,surfactants, MDI, polybutene, polyol, catalyst, blowing agent, additive, pipe,plastic for daily use, additives, etc.) and cosmetics (sun block, serum,ampoule, skin toner, lotion, shampoo, mask pack, etc.) in Korea. This year,about 270 companies participated to provide their major products and services.

Especially in this exhibition, 3Dtechnology-based exhibition hall and booth were set up to showcase specialcontents made of chemical products for online marketing to overseas buyers.

Currently in Korea, major industries likeelectronics and automobiles centered on chemical industry are closely linked.In line with this, Korea Specialty Chemical Industry Association (KSCIA), theorganizer of the event, is helping the Korean chemical companies to enter theoverseas market by various support like export, research and analysis,technical standards, and HDR support as well as handling internationalagreements. This year’s goal is to achieve 330 million dollars in export in thechemical industry.
