J9cosmetics Co., Ltd., (CEO Jong-deuk Kim) participated in the 2021 K-Chemicals Cyber Exhibition.

J9cosmetic was established in 2017 for social contribution and beauty through rational consumption. It is steadily researching and developing cosmetics that consumers can trust and use by combining natural raw materials with professional technology.

Since the launch of J9cosmetic's cosmetics brand "POUR LA PEAU" in 2018, it has been steadily introducing new products. Currently, it is actively conducting domestic and foreign marketing by introducing two POUR LA PEAU face masks, three calamine skincare products, four brightening creams, cleansing foam, and serum.

POUR LA PEAU is a brand name made of the French word 'Le Peau' (soft skin) and the English word 'Rap-port', which represents a strong bond between doctors and patients. It provides fast absorption, soft and fresh application cosmetics that are good for all skin types to use.

It has launched POUR LA PEAU Cleanser, Calamine Basic Skin Care, Serum, Whitening Up Cream, and Face Masks and is steadily developing products so that at-home-skincare can be easily carried out only with the products of the POUR LA PEAU brand. Renewals such as upgrading ingredients and modifying products are being carried out to continuously reflect consumers' needs.

POUR LA PEAU's first condition for making healthy and beautiful skin is using safe ingredients. Cosmetics are produced with EWG green grade safe ingredients. Even cosmetics with such good ingredients can be difficult to use every day if they are too sticky or don't apply well. But POUR LA PEAU products are quickly absorbed into the skin layer and help to deeply penetrate the active ingredients. Furthermore, an official said that since it is a cosmetic product that is placed on a vanity and used every day, it should be based on safe and good quality and made into a packaging that is aesthetically pleasing so you cannot take your eyes off them.

Currently, J9cosmetis is developing a wash-off face mask for the POUR LA PEAU Calamine line. Due to the high interest in Calamine skincare in Southeast Asia, development has been carried out on the same line, and it aims to be released in the first half of next year.

An official from J9cosmetic said, "Although it is difficult to actively find and export overseas buyers due to COVID-19, we hope to meet various global buyers through online exhibitions." COVID-19 is expected to change consumers' needs for cosmetics. In response, we hope that we will be able to get a lot of help in developing additional products by identifying various and changed national trends through meetings with buyers."

Meanwhile, the 2021 K-Chemicals Cyber Exhibition, an online exhibition in the field of chemistry, opened in March and is always in operation, and currently has 270 chemical-related companies. It supports overseas marketing of domestic companies in a contact-free manner and boasts the largest scale in Korea where you can see various product information of industrial chemicals (paint, adhesive, surfactant, MDI, Polybutene, polyol, catalyst, foaming agent, additives, pipes, living plastics, additives, etc.) and cosmetics (sunblock, lotion, shampoo, face masks, etc.).

The chemical industry is closely linked to major industries such as electronics and automobiles and is especially at the center of the global issue of carbon neutrality. In line with this, the Korea Precision Chemical Industry Promotion Association (KSCIA), the organizer, is helping domestic chemical companies advance overseas through various support such as export, research and analysis, technical standards, HDR support, and international agreements. Based on companies entering online permanent exhibition halls in the chemical sector, it has accumulated more than $136 million in 2021 as of the third quarter and is holding online export consultations with KOTRA in addition to entering the online permanent exhibition hall.
