Befs showcased ID-POP, a program which remembers 100 IDs and passwords, at IFA 2015, which runs Sep. 4-9 at Berlin.
It is an ID and password management device for anyone who uses computers. It not only remembers authentication passwords, but also stores the authentication file in hardware security chip.
It double encrypts the IDs and passwords, so there is no risk of leakage of personal information. If incorrect password is entered more than 15 times, everything in the chip erases automatically for safety.
A spokesperson for Befs said, “Storing information in server is very dangerous. ID-POP makes it possible to store personal information in the USB like chip, so it is much safer.”
