Hanamoa Co.,Ltd. (CEO Yoon-Jeong Choi) participated in 2021 K-chemicals Cyber Exhibition.

Hanamoa, a company that has grown in the cosmetics distribution industry for the past 15 years, is an emerging powerhouse producing healthy cosmetics in the cosmetics industry.

Recently, the company launched its own brand 'Cellmoa GINGER6' and expanded its business to the beauty and fashion industries. Based on new and trendy marketing tactics from influencers and social media, the business is expanding rapidly around the world by launching new stores in the three large department stores in Korea and exporting their products to 10 overseas countries.

In addition, it operates its own R&D center and has a pleasant and more improved manufacturing environment. In addition, it is getting a good response in terms of product quality management, such as increasing customer satisfaction with high-quality products and services.

Presented at this exhibition, The ‘Cellmoa GINGER6’ product is a basic cosmetic with ginger extract that has been patented based on Hanamoa’s unique technology.

Cellmoa GINGER6's ginger extract removes ginger flavor and pungent ingredients through multiple steam and drying processes. In vitro test results show that ginger extract inhibits procollagen production by 48% and melanin production by 25%.

In particular, the GINGER6 product uses ginger extract, which contains anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antiviral ingredients, as the main ingredient instead of purified water. It helps to remove toxins from the skin by lowering the stress level on the skin after wearing a mask for a long time in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic as well as promoting blood circulation.

An official from Hanamoa said, “There are no other basic cosmetics made with ginger in the world, so we came to this exhibition to promote our products. In addition, this product is currently in the process of acquiring vegan certification, and we plan to obtain vegan certification by early next year.”

Meanwhile, the 2021 K-Chemicals Cyber Exhibition, an online exhibition in the field of chemistry, opened in March and is always in operation, and currently has 270 chemical-related companies. It supports overseas marketing of domestic companies in a contact-free manner and boasts the largest scale in Korea where you can see various product information of industrial chemicals (paint, adhesive, surfactant, MDI, Polybutene, polyol, catalyst, foaming agent, additives, pipes, living plastics, additives, etc.) and cosmetics (sunblock, lotion, shampoo, face masks, etc.).

The chemical industry is closely linked to major industries such as electronics and automobiles and is especially at the center of the global issue of carbon neutrality. In line with this, the Korea Precision Chemical Industry Promotion Association (KSCIA), the

organizer, is helping domestic chemical companies advance overseas through various support such as export, research and analysis, technical standards, HDR support, and international agreements. Based on companies entering online permanent exhibition halls in the chemical sector, it has accumulated more than $136 million in 2021 as of the third quarter and is holding online export consultations with KOTRA in addition to entering the online permanent exhibition hall.
