Village Baby will introduce pregnancy subscription and parenting resource application services at Gulf Information Technology Exhibition (GITEX) held at the Dubai World Trade Center on Oct. 6 to 10.

VillageBaby is a provider of monthly pregnancy subscription service filled with reliable parenting information and helpful tips.
Pregnancy is hard because it is financially burdensome and there is not enough information available that are good. Pregnant parents often encounter incorrect information, and this can challenge the safety of the unborn baby.

VillageBaby solves this problem by providing pregnancy gift services and content platforms. This way, parents do not have to spend extra money to purchase items that are not even guaranteed for safety. Also, the contents provided by VillageBaby is carefully selected with safety of the baby as the first priority, so parents can trust the service.

VillageBaby is targeting both B2C and B2C groups. It will provide useful tips, programs and ideas to the pregnant women in their 20s and 30s who want to enjoy their pregnancies with their families and friends. VillageBaby is also targeting companies that are interested in improving the employees’ welfare, hospitals and postpartum care centers that are looking for ways to attract more customers.

Also, it is under development of mobile application that contains video clips for parents to refer to when they need help in parenting or curious about parenting if they are expecting parents. With the long-term goal to become Asia’s number one digital parenting resource provider, VillageBaby will begin its service this year in Korea, and expand to the Asian market in near future.

Gulf Information Technology Exhibition first held in 1981 is a Middle East-African Information and Communication Technology (ICT) exhibition where 2,000 companies and 140,000 overseas buyers visit every year. A wide range of products from appliances, telecommunication devces, IT and Industry 4.0 gadgets are displayed. In addition, GITEX Future Stars will be held with 75 countries, 750 startups, 400 large investors and global accelerators.

The incubator Sogang University Startup Support Group that participed in Gulf Information Technology Exhibition was selected as the best incubator for 14 years by MSS since 1999. It has helped new startup companies to establish stable foundations and promote growth.
