COEX (President Dong-ki Lee) held the largest food exhibition in Korea, 'COEX FOOD WEEK 2022 (the 17th Seoul International Food Industry Exhibition), from the 2nd (Wednesday) to the 5th (Sat) in the entire COEX hall for four days.

COEX FOOD WEEK, which marks its 17th anniversary this year, is the best food industry exhibition in the second half of the year, where you can check the latest trends in the domestic and foreign food industries. More than 1,000 food companies from 20 countries are participating in the exhibition while showcasing the latest customized food trends focusing on consumer diversity under the theme of 'Pick Your Taste'.

Along with the main exhibition, various food-related exhibitions including 'Korea Food Tech Industry Exhibition', 'HORECA Bakery Repair Fair', 'HORECA Kitchen Fair', and 'Drink & Dessert Show' were held simultaneously raising excitement for officials and visitors. In particular, the 'Korea Food Tech Industry Exhibition', the only exhibition specializing in next-generation food technology in Korea, is a place where you can see innovative food tech products and new technologies such as alternative food, smart farm, personalized food, zero waste, service robot, food cold chain, and logistics AI solution.

An official from the COEX Food Week Secretariat said, “It is a place where you can see the rapidly changing food culture paradigm and new technologies related to future food at a glance,” adding, “We will make it a networking forum where domestic and foreign buyers and consumers gather to discuss the future of the food industry.”

Meanwhile, a total of about 1,000 companies from 20 countries participated in ‘COEX FOOD WEEK,’ a comprehensive food exhibition that celebrates its 17th anniversary this year. The 'Korea Food Tech Industry Exhibition', 'HORECA Bakery Repair Fair', and the 'HORECA Kitchen Fair', were held simultaneously, providing opportunities to check the latest trends in the food industry. In addition, the conference held together with the Food Tech Industry Exhibition introduced the latest technologies related to food (manufacturing, processing, packaging, automation solutions, alternative raw materials, etc.) and presented knowledge that could give a glimpse into the future of the food industry.
