SEOUL, Korea (AVING) -- <Visual News> Fujitsu unveiled the world's fastest CPU that is capable of crunching 128 billion computations per second.

This makes Fujitsu the first Japanese firm in a decade to snatch the lead in raw CPU performance.

According to the company, the chip adopting 45nm process technology is 2.5 times faster than Intel's current best performer.
