As chemical and environment specialized company, it is developing and supplying various products with Chemical Division, which supplies petrochemical products, fine chemical products, pharmaceutical raw materials and products to all over the world, including the United States and Europe, and with the EN Tech Division, which makes planning, designing, producing, installing and operating environmental facilities and equipment’s.
In particular, ACI EN Tech as an environmental business part brand, it is manufacturing eco-friendly facilities such as municipal waste pre-treatment facility, recycling waste sorting facility and other waste treatment business.
The Ballistic Sorting Machine introduced in this exhibition is, convergence technology that is the combination of gravity sorting and inclination sorting method using the wastes gravity difference which are carried into the recycling waste sorting facility.
This equipment has outstanding performance in sorting wastes such as high, medium, low gravity, concomitant, and dirt, and the throughput has increased more than 50% compared to general Ballistic Sorting Machine and screening efficiency of 90% or more can be obtained by the specific gravity.
In addition, the main product ‘IoT-based automatic compression container’ is waste automatic compression and collection and operation system based on the Internet of Things, which the entire process of automatic weighing of input wastes, credit card payment, waste compaction to transportation is operated by the control system.
The CEO Kim, Hyun Soo said,” gravity Ballistic Sorting Machine that has been recently developed is designed to sort effectively of the glass, medium heavy bottles, light weight paper and vinyl by considering out countries domestic waste” and explained “Currently, since the waste is left on the street, various environmental issues are raised because the domestic waste is collected by the capacity. This equipment can prevent secondary environmental pollution, such as food, glass fragments, dust, odor and leachate through air separator, vibration and perforated plate”.

Meanwhile, ‘ENVEX 2017’, together with small and medium environmental companies which will lead the creative economy, is the Korea’s largest environmental industry technology and energy trading exhibition. This exhibition, organized by the Korea Environmental Preservation Association and co-hosted by Korea Industrial Technology Institute, the Korea Environment Corporation, SUDOKWON Landfill Site Management Corp., and the Korea Environmental Preservation Association, is expected to be ‘Place to maximize publicity and marketing opportunity’ to become a leading company in green growth such as green technology and renewable energy.
