ELT Sensor showcases 3 new products in AIoT Korea Exhibition 2022

Specialized in eco-friendly gas detector, ELT Sensor (CEO Lee, Ihn) presented 3 new products including alcohol sensor module for the breathalyzer  in AIoT Korea Exhibition 2022 (October 19th~21st) at Seoul Coex.

160 companies in 320 booths participated AIoT Korea Exhibition, with the topic of “AIoT technology for the convenient and safe future”. These companies featured a variety of digital innovations using AIoT, for production, logistics, public safety, home, office, and more.

‘AIoT Korea Exhibition 2022’ Overview of ELT Sensor’s booth

First in Korea, ELT Sensor developed ‘Special gas detecting NDIR/NDUV Sensor Modules (Model#: Z180, Z360, Z800)’. The Modules can measure and detect substances in the atmosphere like CO, SO2, NO2, NH3, CF4, SF6, alcohol and electrolytes. They can be implemented in industrial facilities like those producing semiconductors, batteries, steels or chemicals, and incineration plants.

They haves the measuring range of 0~2000ppm and can be customized by gas types. Through detection, They can protect safe working environment from explosive or toxic gas.

Unlike other vendors’ optical special gas sensors being sold in Korea, ELT Special gas detecting NDIR/NDUV Sensor Modules are entirely made in Korea, ready for use in diverse industrial environments.

ELT Sensor’s ‘NDIR alcohol sensor module (Model name: EtOH-L600F)’ for breathalyzer is designed for a crackdown on drunk driving, compared vendors’ chemical type modules with average lifespan of 2 years, the sensor module has faster detection speed, more accuracy, and longer lifespan of 5 years.

The module has the measuring range of 0~1000ppm. The module will be exported to Europe, where the engine locking function connected to breathalyzer is required for all cars, and Japan, where the business owning more than 5 vehicles is required to install the breathalyzer.

Lastly, ELT Sensor showcased air quality and fine dust monitoring monitor ‘Indoor air quality measurer MB-1000 Series’

This product can measure PM1.0/2.5/4.0/10, HCHO, O2, CO2, CO, VOCs, Temp, Humidity, etc. It can link with the mobile app to check measurements, save measured data in the device, and transfer the data through wired/wireless communication. User can customize the measurement sensor, connect the sensor to conditioning system, and use independent controller.

Ihn Lee, CEO of ELT Sensor, said his company has expanded services in its existing sensor products with new programs and applications. “We expanded our optical sensor product line up to breathalyzer and special gas measurer. ELT Sensor joined AIoT Korea Exhibition 2022 to showcase its products and brand to Korean industry officials, and extend Korean smart sensor market beyond its limit.

ELT Sensor patented its NDIR type measurement, mainly utilized for detecting gas like CO2, CO, CH4, and more. It has been exporting detector for CO2 and Hydrocarbons (CH4, C2H4, C3H8, C4H10) to 40 different countries, including United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, China, Taiwan, India, Germany, Denmark.

AIoT Korea Exhibition 2022 is part of the ‘AIoT Week Korea 2022’, organized by The Ministry of Science and ICT of the Government of South Korea and Korea Intelligent IoT Association. Categories featured in the exhibition include: △IoT device and platform △AI technology and hardware △Wired/Wireless communication technology and network equipment and component △Security product and solution △AIoT intelligent service and solution. On October 20th, ‘AIoT Conference’ was held on both online and offline at Coex 3rd floor, Conference room E.
