STI C&D (CEO Giwon Hong, www.stikorea.co.kr) participated in 'ECO EXPO(www.ecoexpo.or.kr)', a cyber ECO Expo and showcased ‘Water-CFD’ 3D numerical analysis program for a purification plant.

‘Water-CFD’, 3D numerical analysis program for a purification plant is made as part of the research of 'Eco-Star Project' (water ecology restoration project) by Ministry of Environment.

Flexible 3D structure design, interpretation, result analysis and report for whole process of Distribution Waterway, a Clean Water Reservoir, a Condensation Reservoir,  a Settling Reservoir, a Mixture Reservoir and a Powder Activated Carbon (PAC) Contactor are available.

In particular, with 3D CAD modeling and automatic lattice creating function, flow, rectification wall, stirring, inclined surface, spreading and others can be read and those result can be  expressed to flow velocity, flux, pressure distribution and others.

Meanwhile, 'ECO EXPO', an innovative online eco expo supervised by Ministry of Environment and hosted by Korea Environmental Industry&Technology Institute, supports overseas market entry and promotes superior technologies and products of Domestic environment companies. For this, they help participating compnies make promotional digital contents and participate in ENVEX 2012 (The 34th international exhibition on environment technology & green energy) held June 11-14 for four days.
