In this exhibition, engineering simulation software FLOEFD and FloTHERMⓇ were presented.
FLOEFD is a CFD analysis tool mounted on mechanical design 3D CADs such as Siemens NX, Solid Edge, CATIA V5, Creo, and SolidWorks. Since it runs in an MCAD environment, analysis can be performed immediately without switching or moving 3D CAD data. Flow analysis of complex shapes can be performed easily and quickly with just a few clicks, and it greatly reduces repetition time to evaluate and redesign performance from design.
FloTHERMⓇ is a unique thermal simulation solution that is used to improve product quality, reliability and launch time at all stages of the electronic design process, from conceptual design to manufacturing. FloTHERMⓇ thermal management software, which provides industry standard electronic cooling DNA and numerous component libraries in big data, is an electronic component thermal analysis tool that can perform thermal analysis through interfaces with measuring equipment such as T3STER.
