Breaking new ground in the production job recruitment market, DeepLeHR (CEO Park Joong Woo) will attend ‘COMEUP 2022’, which will be held in Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) in Seoul for 3 days between November 9th(Wed) and 11th(Fri), and introduce ‘gochodaejol.com’, their production and field job recruitment platform for job seekers who are high school graduates or have associates degrees (trade school graduates).
Despite the recruitment market for production jobs making up 32.9% of the entire recruitment market, there had been no platforms for job postings or recruitment information sharing. ‘gochodaejol.com’ is a professional production and trade job recruitment solution that helps job seekers from the beginning to the end of the employment process, and gathers job seekers. On the other side, it helps companies recruit job seekers more quickly and efficiently based on job seeker resume data.
Unlike company information oriented recruitment platforms, ‘gochodaejol.com’ is a factory information oriented platform, and provides unrivaled information on things like, sex ratio, shuttles, dormitories, unions, and pay for each factory based on around 400,000 pieces of factory data. Company HR mangers can do ‘quick recruits’ with much more efficient recruitment compared to previous methods and are also able to hire better talent from a wider pool of job seekers.
A spokesman for DeepLeHR explained that, “We are a unique player that is revolutionizing the production/ technical post recruitment market faster than anyone else. We seek to go beyond production/ technical post recruitment in Korea and become a global production/trade workforce data platform through global expansion. We have around 60,000 job seekers as users every month, and 210 companies use ‘gochodaejol.com’.”
Within 3 weeks of incorporation in November 2021, DeepLeHR succeeded in attracting investment from Bluepoint Partners and Smilegate Investment and was selected for TIPS in July this year. They were also awarded the excellence award in the 2021 KDB startup program, and was selected for the Rookie League of 2022 COMEUP Stars.
A spokesman for the company shared their plans for the future, saying, “We plan on launching company service in the 4th quarter of this year and the app in the 1st quarter of next year. We plan to make it so that companies can directly manage their company announcements and applicants through the company service. The chatting service, which is currently being operated in an open messenger chat room, will all be transferred to the app as soon as it is released.”
Having its 4th iteration this year, ‘COMEUP 2022’ was hosted by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups (Minister Young Lee) and organized by the Korea Startup Forum (Chairman Jaewook Park). Startups, investors, and people related to startups from over 15 countries attended, and this year in particular was the start of COMEUP’s rebranding from the previous government-private collaboration to the private-led event that it is now, as it aims to become a global Top 5 startup event. With the slogan of ‘WE MOVE THE WORLD’, the event was conducted both on and offline, and had various programs like Academic Conferences (Conference), Open Innovation Strategy of Global Companies (Open Innovation), COMEUP Stars Company Introduction (IR) and Booth Exhibitions, and Business Matching (Biz Matching).
