Samick THK will participate in the 21st Daegu Automatic Machinery Expo (DAMEX 2020) running Nov. 24-27 at Daegu EXCO to introduce industrial automation equipment parts LM guide and ball screw.
Samick THK started its business in 1960 asthe parent company Samick Industrial, producing and selling various strings.Through 60 years of innovation and business diversification, Samick THK made afootstep towards becoming a global industrial automation solution company, nowentering even the mechatronic business centralized on industrial transportationrobots.
It provides industrial automation solutionsby producing LM system including LM guides and ball screws, which are essentialelements for automation of industrial facilities, and mechatro systemsincluding industrial transfer robots.
The company staff said, "As of 2019,the market share of Samick THK's LM SYSTEM was about 40%, ranking no. 1 in theindustry, and major customers include Samsung, LG, SK Hynix, Hyundai Motors,and Doosan."
He then said, “At this show, we willintroduce LM guides and ball screws, which are essential parts of industrialautomation equipment such as semiconductor equipment, robots, and machinetools. Based on the excellent quality, technology, and post-service, we tookno. 1 in market share in Korea. We will also introduct equipment and industrialrobots (LTR, WTR, multi-joint robots, etc.) that go into the manufacturing lineof the semiconductor, LED, and LCD.”
