CLARUS participated in the International Light Convergence EXPO held at Ilsan KINTEX Exhibition Hall 1 from October 13th (Wed) to 15th (Fri).
CLARUS is Jungho Group's lighting system brand that has an automatic control system that can minimize energy consumption and maintenance management by efficiently controlling all lighting regardless of building size through easy design, construction, and convenient functions.
Jungho Group (Jungho TLC, CLARUS, and Illutech) was founded in 1982 and entered the lighting control system business in 1986 with the import and sales of European textile machinery equipment. Starting with lighting control exports to the U.S. in 2003, Jungho Group has expanded their global sales to Canada, China, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia markets, and has established a full lineup from independent controllers to LCD Touch Screens after a five-year development period.
During this exhibition, CLARUS introduced a system that predicts and prevents electrical disasters based on technology that controls and manages lighting. It collects data such as short circuits and overloads and supports safety measures through remote control.
"Our Power Monitoring System is effective when installed in sites that are vulnerable to electrical safety hazards such as traditional markets," said In-Joon Jung, an employee of CLARUS. “When there is a fire, the instant notifications can be immediately responded to.” Jung said. "Systems linked to electrical safety and lighting control are already being supplied to various local governments."
Jung also added, “In recognition of this excellence, CLARUS received the Prime Minister's Award at the 'Government Awards for Companies with Outstanding New Technology' held as a side event of the exhibition”
'International Light Convergence Expo 2021' organized by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, LED Industry Forum, and KOTRA and managed by the Korea Commission for Corporate Partnership, will be conducted by integrating the 19th International LED&OLED EXPO and PHOTONICS+LASER EXPO.
