MS A&T Co., Ltd.(CEO Hee-Seok Hwang) started its business as the special store of automation products such as PLC and inverter in 2011, expanded its business to automation solution service in 2013 and has provided FA(Factory Automation) service from design to implementation of factory automation such as PLC-HMI, SCADA and electrical instrumentation since then.

In line with the growth of the Smart Factory market, its business area has been expanded to sales of electric instrumentation and factory motors and in-house development of vibration and temperature sensor since 2017.

So!Gnee Smart Sensor of MS A&T can monitor the temperature and vibration status simultaneously at the smart factory site. Its main features are as follows:

In addition, So!Gnee Smart Alarm Generator(Smart Sensor) is the smart device that [81] generates an alarm by receiving external switching and is loaded with 30 basic alarm sounds.

An official from MS A&T said “As the control and electric work company, we can develop and respond according to the on-site situation including application DB, installation, commissioning, control, electric work, HMI monitoring, commissioning[82]  and maintenance. He went onto say “based on such competitiveness, we have supplied So!Gnee Smart Sensor to Samsung Electro-Mechanics, Samsung SDI, LG Chem and Hanwha LNC in the first half of this year and achieved the performance of delivering So!Gnee Smart Alarm Generator to Samsung Display.”

MS A&T didn’t settle for this but has recently developed ' So!Gnee Multi-Channel Communication Module' with its own technology. This communication module can read vibration and temperature of up to 8 modules, and transmits them to upper PLC, SCADA and System Program through WIFI and ETHERNET communication.

There are 16 analog input ports, 8 of which read 4~20mA current and other 8 can read 0~5V voltage. In addition, it supports Fenet communication of LS Electric Co., Ltd. which is most frequently used in Korea, as well as Modbus-TCP/IP communication and Modbus-RTU communication, which are the industrial protocols commonly used in the world. It enables the user to set ID, PASSWORD, IP, MAC and station number of the module through the terminal program.
