[CES 2016] Goonies Unveils ‘Smart Pallete’, Digital Device for Art Education

Goonies (CEO Lee Yoon-jae, www.goonies.kr) unveiled the Bluetooth version of “Smart Pallete”, a digital device for children’s art education, in the joint pavilion of the Mobile Technology Convergence Center (MTCC) at the world’s best IT technology exhibition ‘CES(Consumer Technology Show) 2016’ which runs Jan. 6-9 in Las Vegas Convention Center(LVCC).

The product is a digital device used for children’s art education. It can be connected to smart devices, and helps children draw pictures more conveniently.

The Bluetooth version can be connected to Android and IOS devices via Bluetooth. It has an intuitive UI design, and utilizes various art contents, including famous paintings and characters, to assist in children’s psychotherapy and dementia prevention.

Goonies CEO Lee Yoon-jae said: “We are really happy to introduce ‘Smart Pallete’, a new conceptual device for art education, to the global market. We will seek to enter foreign markets, including North America, Europe, and Central and South America.”

Goonies is a HW and SW developer, and has launched the art education apps “Smart Pallete” and “Kids Painter”. Furthermore, by applying Korean public works to its contents, it received the presidential award at the “Pan-Government Entrepreneur Competition of Public Data Application”. It will continuously showcase various products based on its technology that can lead the IoT hardware market.

MTCC prepared the joint pavilion at this exhibition and supported related domestic companies’ participation in CES 2016, promoting the creative factory supporting business. It is mainly focused on the competitiveness reinforcement business of new mobile convergence in the global market.

Held annually in January and owned and produced by the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), CES 2016 is the world's largest exhibition to see the latest global trends in electronics and IT industry in one spot.
