[CeBIT 2012] Bosch Software Innovations and inubit present first joint portfolio

Bosch Software Innovations, the software and systems house of the Bosch Group, and the recently acquired inubit AG in Berlin, present their first joint product portfolio at this year's CeBIT exhibition. Under the motto "Enabling Business Success in a Connected World", exhibition-goers visiting stand A38 in hall 5 will discover the variety of applications for the ‘Internet of Things and Services’, the integrated product offerings for Business Process and Rules Management (BPM and BRM) and business solutions for meeting the process-oriented and rule-based demands of diverse industries. "At CeBIT, the public at large can observe how the solutions of Bosch and inubit together form a product portfolio offering both multi-faceted and custom-tailored solutions", explained Dr. Heinz Derenbach, president of the executive board of Bosch Software Innovations. He added: "Additionally, visitors to our stand can experience what makes Bosch an attractive employer."

"All things smart" is one of the maxims of this year's CeBIT, which resonates with Bosch’s fundamental idea of the ‘Internet of Things and Services’. Bosch Software Innovations highlights the potential that arises in the future and presents the required technologies for networking the physical with the digital world using examples such as electromobility, building security and energy management. Compact knowledge regarding the ‘Internet of Things and Services’ as well as live demonstrations are offered to visitors during a lecture program at the Bosch stand.

Ideal combination for business process flowsIn the area of Business Process & Rules Management, interested visitors will also encounter Visual Rules, the platform for creating, managing and optimizing the specialized logic (business rules) of a software application, and inubit Suite, the software for business process management – an ideal combination for optimizing business process flows. In addition, the new inubit Suite release 6.1 will be introduced. Due to further developments in the area of process modeling and documentation, this release enables the use of BPM for process quality control. Product-based business solutions complete the range of services. This includes the Touch Investment Advisory for financial companies, with which relationship managers can offer their clients a structured, systematic, and interactive consulting experience via the iPad, regardless of where they are.
