The '2022 Korea International Safety and Health Show' hosted by the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency and organized by the Korea Safety Equipment Association was held on the 4th at Hall 7 and 8 of KINTEX 2, Ilsan.

The 2022 Korea International Safety and Health Show is regarded as a standard to measure and grasp the latest trends in the domestic safety industry, amid growing interest in safety and health among companies after the Serious Accident Punishment Act went into effect in January 2022.

The exhibition, which will be held until the 7th (Thursday), will be attended by about 180 companies including large companies, small and medium-sized enterprises, and public institutions in the domestic safety industry. It will showcase 20,000 state-of-the-art technologies and products covering industrial safety and protective equipment, industrial welfare and occupational health, smart safety, public service and public safety management, chemical industry safety, and disaster prevention industries.

As the response to the COVID-19 gradually shifts to an endemic system, it is expected that the number of visits by safety and health managers of workplaces, who have refrained from outside activities during the pandemic, will increase significantly. In addition, the exhibition, which had been limited by various factors in the previous year, was also moved to the KINTEX exhibition center in Goyang with a total exhibition area of ​​15,000 square meters, the largest ever.

In particular, various products and technologies for smart safety management that reflect the 4th industrial revolution era will fill the exhibition hall this year. 'KT' will introduce the latest safety gear and wearable devices that combine various advanced technologies with traditional protective gear, 'Aria Edge' will provide augmented reality-based industrial facility inspection solutions and remote collaboration AR solutions, 'VentaVR' and 'M-Line Studio' ' will show an industrial safety simulation system using VR, and 'Safeware', 'PS', 'Shinhwa Tech' and 'InterX' will show AI and IoT-based industrial safety technologies.

In addition, various exhibitions will be displayed such as the 'Special Pavilion for Personalized Protective Equipment',which will highlight protective equipment that is customized to fit each individual body, including female workers, who are on the rise in construction and manufacturing sites including a guides on how to wear them correctly. There is also the 'Public Relations Center for Combat Readiness Safety Team', a safety focused unit that oversees the army's safety affairs, and the 'Special Pavilion for Safety and Health Campus' in which major domestic safety and health departments are expected to participate.

The exhibition, which will be held as part of 2022 Occupational Safety and Health Week, boasts the longest history in the domestic safety and health field for the 39th time this year, and various events have been prepared for visitors to see and experience safety and health firsthand.

At the event zone in the exhibition hall, a variety of things related to safety and health will be available for the visitors to enjoy, such as the presentation of new technologies by participating companies such as startups, and the 'Future Safety and Health Expert Vision Up Talk Concert', which will provide job seekers an opportunity to communicate with excellent companies in the field of safety and health.
