NM Korea(www.nmkorea.co.kr) introduced Japan Nara Machinery's Hybridization System NHS-O at 'KOREA CHEM 2014(The 6th Chemical Plant Equipment & Processing Exhibition)' from 10th to 13th at KINTEX.
As a compact type dry hybridization equipment designed for research development to handle small batch quantity samples, NARA hybridization system NHS-O is composed of O.M.DIZER, weigh feeder, hybridizer, dust collector, and controller.
This equipment is a hybridization system that realizes the IDEA of particle designing through the technology that creates functionality composite powder ingredient by using physical, mechanical and thermal methods in the drying process to convert fine powder's surface as fine powder surface material (power/powder system).
Hybridization has a total of 3 basic processes, fixing process, filming process, and spherodisation process. Fixing process fixes by applying impact force on the fine particles with many abilities such as pigment, liquid modifier, and flame resisting magnetic component, on the surface of the core particle. Filming process coats the core particle with film by softening and swelling caused by applying impact through making various resins or wax into particles.
The only trade exhibition of processing technologies for chemical industry in Korea, 'KOREA CHEM 2014'(www.koreachem.org) covers Chemical Machinery&Equipment System, Instrumentation, Control and Automation Technique, Conveying System, Safety Equipement & System, Chemical Component, Equipment, System and materials and Environmental Equipment & System.
Global news media AVING News especially focuses on product news and delivering coverage directly from onging conferences or show floors. Responding to mobile era, AVING news will report news on companies, products and technologies in video format.
