Han Kang Engineering(www.hkcne.co.kr) introduced its mass filter dryer 'Labdori' at 'KOREA CHEM 2014(The 6th Chemical Plant Equipment & Processing Exhibition)' from 10th to 13th at KINTEX.
Labdori is suitable for improving process·environment since it can handle both filtering process and drying process in one equipment. This equipment has excellent workability, and it has efficient management because it can independently choose rotation action, descend and ascend action if needed.
The bottom cover of the filter dryer forms a cone shaped slant, the filter liquid flows through the oil passage of the formation board on the floor of the bottom cover to the filter liquid collecting tank, and then it is smoothly discharged; through the sludge or filter net's incline it can be completely discharge using the understructure's sludge outlet.
It has drastically reduced the locking up and dissemble process, by upgrading the locking up process of locking the bottom filter with the traditional bolt to a one-touch rapid lock method.
