Samheung Energy (www.samheung21.com) introduced its low temperature vacuum oven at 'KOREA CHEM 2014(The 6th Chemical Plant Equipment & Processing Exhibition)' from 10th to 13th at KINTEX.
Low temperature vacuum oven's drying process, with the water pressure and evaporation temperature as a standard moisture content of 90%, program decompresses the pressure inside the chamber to make the moisture evaporation temperature lower than 15~20 so that it evaporated at room temperature without changing the physical property. It is designed automatically defrost the frozen, vacuuming, or completed moisture that occurs during room temperature vacuum to recycle and collect it to the storage tank.
Optionally installable, digital program control provides through temperature and vacuum control program, a vacuum process that matches the characteristics of the original occurs, and it has prevented the pollution of condensate water caused by pump's moisture inflow prevention(Secondary evaporation), and pump oil.
