Dilution Cooling Units are offered for H2SO4 and HCl acid applications in industries like Single Super Phosphate, Batteries & Gelatins. The unit is compact having both mixer & cooler on one common frame.

HCl Synthesis Unit:
The HCl Synthesis Unit being offered is most suitable to produce commercial grade 30-37 % HCl acid continuously.
It consists of Burner body assembly, Combustion chamber, Absorber, Tail gas tower and interconnecting piping. The system is equipped with control arrangement, instruments and accessories like moisture separators, bursting disc, flame arrestors to ensure safe and smooth operation.

Dry HCl Gas Generation Unit:
Commercial grades of Hydrogen Chloride Gas with purity of more than 99.99% (V/V) can be produced in 3 routes depending on the raw material available and by product produced. Greater than 99.99% purity of Hydrogen Chloride gas can be achieved using Sulphuric acid washing Towers or by using molecular sieves towers The unit consists of distillation column, reboiler, and condenser, cooler, pump & knock out drum, interconnecting piping, instrumentation & control.

Ejector Systems:
The Ejector Systems can be designed in Single Stage, Multi Stage depending upon the vacuum required. The motive fluid can be either steam or liquid.
