LAS VEGAS, USA (AVING Special Report on 'ISC West 2008') -- <Visual News> Panasonic Security Systems introduced its several new analog video surveillance cameras at ISC West to further expand the company’s comprehensive breadth of systems solutions. The new analog cameras also reinforce Panasonic’s on-going commitment to deliver best-in-breed video surveillance solutions for legacy system applications.
"We recognize the importance of continuing to support the analog platform, as a standalone or as an integral part of the converged network", said Julianna Benedick, Group Manager of Marketing, Panasonic System Solutions Company. "Legacy system users have a significant place in the video surveillance industry throughout the ongoing migration to a networked platform."
These new analog cameras incorporate Panasonic’s core imaging technology to provide superior picture quality in the most demanding applications.
The new WV-CF324 ruggedized day/night fixed dome camera offers 540 lines color horizontal resolution, simple day/night function, auto back focus (ABF) to automatically readjust the focus from color to black and white thereby reducing post-installation intervention, and adaptive black stretch (ABS) to enhance visibility of dark areas without compromising bright areas. Additional image quality features include back light compensation, auto tracing white balance, and automatic light control.
Panasonic's new WV-CW384 Super Dynamic III weather proof day/night camera features Panasonic's unique Super Dynamic III (SDIII) technology for exceptional images in virtually any lighting condition.
