SAMI (www.samicorp.co.kr) have participated in the '12th Seoul Café Show' that is scheduled to be open from 21st to 24th of this month at the Seoul COEX, introducing the 'SIGNATURE' syrup of American company TORANI and Q CREAM, an Italian gelato making equipment.
The characteristic of 'SIGNATURE' is the pure and natural taste of its unique scent, made from high-quality sugar and Agave syrup. No chemical preservatives were added. The flavor differs by five kinds, caramel, Irish cream, hazelnut, lime, and vanilla.
The Lime and Vanilla boasts the sweetness and the clean aftertaste by the harmony of the sugar and Agave syrup. As for hazelnut, caramel, Irish cream, the natural rich taste of the ingredients makes it suitable for waffle and toppings.
SAMI's 'Q Cream' is the equipment that could easily make soft gelato only out of powder and milk. With its patented cooling system, extraction of over 30 consecutive cups is possible. The compact size of it takes up less room. Digital touch pad, low power-consumption, and the dust filter makes cleaning much easier.
"SIGNATURE is a product that is scheduled to be released at February next year, with a differentiated luxurious design that could provide a display effects at stores." The company official claimed.
'12th Seoul café show'that is hosted by EXPORUM and COFFEERO contains all beverage, liquor, bakery, ice cream, raw material, equipment facilities, chocolate, appetizer, dessert, café interior, franchise foundation, kitchen electric appliances, restaurant industry related products and services, and it will be open at the same time with variety of contests including 'korean barista championship', 'master of cupping contest', 'korean chocolatier contest' and the 'World coffee Leaders Forum 2013'. The host EXPORUM have also hosted the last march's Singapore 'CAFE ASIA' and the 'Cafe Show China' at Beijing.
