The Korean Fair Trade organization(kfto.org) have participated in the '12th Seoul Café Show' which is scheduled to be open from 21st to 24th of this month at the Seoul COEX, and introduced four of the regular member company's Free Trade coffee and chocolates, 'FOOD FOR THE HUNGRY BeMyFriend', 'THE BEAUTIFUL COFFEE', KOREAN YMCA PEACECOFFEE, 'ASIA FREE TRADE NETWORK'.

Food For The Hungry BeMyFriend (www.bemyfriend.or.kr) is an 1,700m altitude alpine-region-grown coffee, which is a top rated, SHG(Strictly High Grown) coffee. It is 100% Arabica, and certified by the Swiss IMO organic and NaturLand. Like its motto of raising healthy coffee, it plants big trees together to protect coffee trees by shade (Shade Grown).
Also it features the 100% Hand-picked beans, the process of selecting only the ripe cherries by the farmers after the harvest to maintain the quality of the coffee.

THE BEAUTIFUL COFFEE (www.beautifulcoffee.com) 's Free Trade coffee, is an excellent coffee grown by the sunlight and the climate of the Himalayas, a number-one coffee of the BEAUTIFUL COFFEE. Since it roasts the imported new crop in the country, the freshness and the taste of the harvest is spared. Aromatic but slightly bitter, a balanced body (the texture or mouthfeel, such as oiliness) is its characteristics. By grinding and the teabag method, it was released separately, by Grinded/Whole Bean and Drip bag/Single bag.

Korean YMCA Free Trade Coffee Peace Coffee (www.peacecoffee.co.kr) is an East Timor-grown coffee, which is harvested by the method of collecting the coffee grown in the natural forest in the mountains, without the human's reach. The Peace Coffee, which 'one cup of coffee, one cup of peace!' is the slogan, is one-hundred percent tipican species of Arabica coffee, and its new beans are of high density and hard. It tastes simple and delicious without a soupy taste, and has a natural flavor of coffee. It is released variously by composition, such as Drip set, Tea-bag set, Grinded set, whole bean.

At the 'Academy Of Chocolate 2013', Asian Fair Trade Network (asiafairtrade.net) 's Bean-To-Bar chocolate brand have won a silver and bronze medal in a field of best dark chocolate, a gold medal in the best packaging award. Maru chocolate produces its chocolates from 100% pure Vietnamese cacao without any chemical additives. Single origin Bean-To-Bar 'Maru Chocolate Tien Giang 70%' is soft and aromatic and has a deep taste. It's since it is made from fermented beans, its quality is very high.
Free Trade (Fair Partner) is a movement that is developed through continued trade, which agrees with the rules of the fair trade and has to maintain a continued deal by buying a fixed amount of products every month. Also it tries to make its products known by arranging the zone to exhibit and sell the Free Trade products in the workplace, with a size and design that matches with the whole concept of the place. The Free Trade Movement aims to solve the global poverty that the current humanity is facing, and the structural inequality by a fair trade, rather than a one-sided aid.
The '12th Seoul café show'that is hosted by EXPORUM and COFFEERO contains all beverage, liquor, bakery, ice cream, raw material, equipment facilities, chocolate, appetizer, dessert, café interior, franchise foundation, kitchen electric appliances, restaurant industry related products and services, and it will be open at the same time with variety of contests including 'korean barista championship', 'master of cupping contest', 'korean chocolatier contest' and the 'World coffee Leaders Forum 2013'. The host EXPORUM have also hosted the last march's Singapore 'CAFE ASIA' and the 'Cafe Show China' at Beijing.
