IPS SYSTECH (representative Jihoon Kwon, www.ipsst.com) introduces bolt, nut vision inspection machine and others, participating in International Machine Tools & Parts Fair, 'MATOF 2013' which is held in Changwon, Gyeongsangnam-do from 6th to 9th.
The inspection at this fair is fast separation system with embedded camera which shoots the condition of form or size of the bolts and screws so that it separates normal products from defective products.
"The most important part in this machine is to adjust the program, but we are the one who designed and developed the products, so we are capable of adjusting the size and program according to companies' request" said, representative Jihoon Kwon who invented the inspection,
" The companies who need lots of parts such as automobile companies respond well to the products" he added.
The show is machine tools & parts exhibition hosted by Gyeonsangnam-do Provincial Government and Changwon city Government, managed by CECO, Korea Tools Industry Cooperative, Busan Gyeongnam Die & Mold Industry Cooperative, and KNN. Around 450 booths of 20 countries and 150 companies are participating in this with CNC lathes, milling gutters, oil pressure units, injection molding machines, bearings and other parts and equipment.
