LOS ANGELES, USA (AVING Special Report on '2007 L.A. Auto Show') -- <Visual News> Chevrolet rolled out its world premiere hybrid car ‘Silverado Hybrid Pickup’ during LA Auto show, which will go on sale in North America later next year.
The Silverado Hybrid delivers improved fuel economy over its gasoline-only siblings, thanks in large part to a hybrid system using GM’s 6.0 liter V8 and all-new Electrically Variable Transmission(EVT). GM’s hybrid system enables the Silverado to drive up to 30 mph on electricity alone.
