OllO Korea (CEO, Ji-ho Kim, www.ollopk.com) participated in Busan international Shoe show (hereafter BISS 2012) from 25th to 27th October and introduced 'SAPIEN' a functional shoe that strengthen grip.
In order to strengthen grip, 'SAPIEN' has improved durability by adjusting the properties of the outsole, several times. 7mm thick insole was made with the design that is suitable for the modern French martial art, Parkour which has many landing behaviors from a high place. So you can see the effects of absorbing shock.
Because the width of the TOE WRAP in the front of the outsole curling towards the uppers of leather, is much wider than the existing shoes, it can give enhanced grip when climbing.
In case of the uppers of leather, by using faux suede at the front and the side, it dosen't tear. At the side of shoes, the mesh materials were used to facilitate ventilation. In order to give stability when landing, at the back side of shoes, TPU armature was added.
