SEOUL, Korea (AVING Special Report on 'PHOTO&IMAGING 2011') -- <Visual News> Panasonic Korea (representative Woon-Ha Ro, panasonic.kr) showed 6 types of hybrid digital cameras like the very first hybrid digital camera and new hybrid digital camera and 11 types of lenses and 3 types of hybrid camcorders at the 'PHOTO&IMAGING 2011(P&I 2011)' held at COEX, Seoul, Korea on April 21~24.
In the exhibition, especially, 6 models of hybrid digital cameras are displayed from 'Lumix G1', the very first camera to be released in the world, 'Lumix GF2', 3D shooting available, to 'Lumix GH2' hybrid camera. Panasonic Korea, having a maximum amount of lenses in hybrid digital camera industry, enabled visitors to experience different lenses in lineup by displaying 11 types of lenses like wide-angle, fisheye, telephoto, and the like.
Moreover, Panasonic Korea also exhibits hybrid digital camcorder to be released in new lineup. Three models, 'HX-WQ10', a portable 3m waterproof digital camcorder, 'HX-DC10' and 'HX-DC1' were unveiled to visitors.
"Consumers are more and more interested in hybrid products as hybrid product lines have been growing so rapidly in optical instrument market recently", Sato, a director of product/business headquarters, said. "Panasonic Korea will focus on letting people know strong points of optical instrument as introducing development of hybrid digital camera and hybrid digital camcorder through the exhibition", he added.
