MUNICH, Germany (AVING Special Report on 'Intersolar 2010') -- <Visual News> SUNNER SOLAR(www.sunnersolar.com) presented its Thin Film Module SA-100 and SA-130 at the Intersolar 2010 June 9 - 11, 2010 in Munich, Germany.
SA-100 is a single junction amorphous silicon (a-Si) photovoltaic module. Its dimension is 1.1m in width and 1.4m in length which has a total area of 1.54m2. Maximum power output is 100 watts.
SA-130 is a newly developed tandem structure photovoltaic cells which are combined with amorphous silicon and microcrystalline layers. With the same dimension as SA-100, SA-130 will raise its maximum power output to 130 watts.
