Linkoptics will be introducing its toilets
stand helper LINK MAMA at the International Photonics Industry Exhibition and
Conference 2020, which will be held Nov. 19-27 at KAPID online non-face-to-face
consultation room and the exhibition homepage.
Established in 2004, Linkoptics is a
leading company in the field of optical convergence, mainly producing medical
and beauty devices (Luminiel). In 2018, it has received Minister's award for
being an outstanding SME, and possesses 98 intellectual property rights
including international patent (PCT) in the optical convergence area.
LINK MAMA, a toilet standing aid device
introduced at this consultation, is an auxiliary device that prevents falls and
helps stand up when using the toilet by consumers with disabilities or who are
old. It is a perfect product for nursing hospitals and nursing homes which
Linkoptics succeeded in localization through a two-year development period.
Also, it was selected as an innovative prototype procurement project by PPS in
2020, and they were installed in 120 locations nationwide in 20 public
institution including the MFDS, Gangjin-gun Office, City Hall of Boryeong-si,
Jeungpyeong-gun Office, SRT, Yeongju-si Senior Nursing Hospital, Wonju Veterans
Nursing Home, and Ulsan Facility Corporation on a trial basis.
