[Photonics Korea 2020] PiQuant to introduce the water quality analyzer

PiQuant will be introducing its water quality scanner at the International Photonics Industry Exhibition and Conference 2020, which will be held Nov. 19-27 at KAPID online non-face-to-face consultation room and the exhibition homepage.

The company staff said, "PiQuant is a company that develops optical-based component analysis solutions. The company provides its own solutions for environmental monitoring through the detection and analysis of ingredients such as drinking water safety, indoor environment safety, and food safety, as well as custom solutions for measuring and analyzing ingredients required by partners in various industries. PiQuant's technology has been positively evaluated around the world, and is currently participating in the WASH project with the Gates Foundation, UNICEF, WFP and Arm as the first company in Korea to become the partner of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation."

About The Water Scanner introduced this time, he said, "It is a spectrometer that enables anyone to perform water quality inspection in the field easily, cheaper and faster than other equipment of the same kind. Water quality can be inspected directly at the touch of a button without complex preparation or equipment proficiency training. And it's a breakthrough device that can use light to show results to users within minutes."

He also said, "PiQuant will be presenting products in various fields as well as water quality inspection, and we have participated in this online export consultation to find a partner who can work with us on this meaningful project together."
