Bugok Stainless will participate in the
Environment & Energy Tech 2020 (ENTECH 2020) held in BEXCO, Busan on Nov
11-13 to introduce its pice, tubes, and stainless steel mold release materials.
The company manufactures pice, tubes, and
stainless steel release materials. The products that are produced will come out
with desired dimensions using a drawing machine and pilger mill. It identifies
the product dimensions through pre-simulation and calculate the reduction rate
and reduction ratio, so it can identify problems in drawing in advance. In
addition, by using the hardness tester and a tensioner, it identifies the
physical properties of the material, and it also manufactures general pipes and
round bars, as well as mold release materials.
Also, the entire process from extrusion,
drawing, cleaning, calibration, heat treatment, and delivery is carried out
within the company. It has various dimensional measuring devices such as
micrometer, vernier caliper, and 3D measuring machine, and it can check physical
properties on its own by using hardness and tensile tester.
The company staff said, "Steel
products are ranked in the top 10 among Korean exports to Vietnam, and steel
plate exports are the main business. As the demand for imports of steel products
is increasing with the growth of frontline industries such as construction
infrastructure, the acceleration of urbanization and the increase of new town
development projects, especially in large cities in Vietnam, will lead to the
expansion of the construction business in the housing and commercial sectors,
and the demand for steel for construction will continue to increase."
ENTECH 2020 is Korea's largest
environmental, energy, and future climate industry integrated exhibition hosted
by Busan Metropolitan City and Kookje Newspaper and organized by BEXCO, Today
