AdipoLABs introduced its high-frequency heat device for cancer treatment REMISSION1℃ at the 35th International Medical Equipment & Hospital Equipment Exhibition (KIMES 2019) that runs Mar. 14-17 in COEX.
REMISSION1℃ is a medical high-frequency heating device. When a high-frequency alternating current is sent to human cells, the cells that respond start the molecule movement. Through this, this high-frequency heat treatment raises the body temperature by inducing the body to make heat on its own to assists cancer treatment. There is almost no pain, and it raises deep heat with stability, so it can be used for cancer treatment.
CEO Seong-ho Han said, "REMISSION1℃ has received an official license as cancer treatment equipment in 2015, and it is being used as cancer treatment equipment in 60 hospitals in Korea. Also in 2018, it signed an agreement with an Indian company through KOTRA and exported KRW 60 billion worth."
