With the goal to expand the foundation of the Korea exhibition convention industry and strengthen the network among related industries, Korea Exhibition & Convention Week (KOREA EXCON WEEK) was held at COEX Hall C with more than 200 exhibitors and 5,000 participants.
With the slogan "the must-see show for the people in SMEs," this year's show presents the most effective ways to find sales channel and devise marketing plans. From this show, exhibitors are anticipating to solve problems and dilemmas and get their questions related to exhibitions answered.
These days, more and more SMEs are choosing to exhibit in shows that cost less but still yet expect high efficiency due to having comparably low marketing budgets. They understand that they can find buyers and promote their companies and products by exhibiting in the show, but they lack information on how to choose the right shows, how the booths should be made, and whether there is financial support and training courses related to the show.
Exhibitors who have these needs can visit the show to meet various exhibitors, booth makers, shipping companies, government support organizations, and academies that are related to the exhibition industry and ask questions on what they were curious about. They can also visit the booths of professional agencies to get consultations and compare different options.
In the sub-event "Exhibition Marketing Seminar," a presentation will be given on the topic "How to do well in foreign exhibitions" with ways to pre-marketing, successful exhibition design, utilization of business meetings at exhibitions, and policy for overseas exhibition support. This will be a great opportunity for the people in SMEs to get the information they need.
